Narthex Clothes Bank is for anyone in need of clothes due to unexpected circumstances and financial pressure. As well as clothing, we may also be able to provide you with household resources such as basic crockery, cutlery and bedding. The clothes bank is located at Unit 20 Rovex Business Park, Tyseley, B11 2AG, where we currently receive and store our donations and also where clothes parcels are collected. If you find yourself in need of the clothes bank, we operate on a referral process.

Referalls

  • We take referrals at our foodbank satellites, please visit the Sparkhill Foodbank website for locations and opening times. A member of staff or volunteer can assist you in filling the referral form
  • You can contact us via telephone to request a referral on 0121 708 1398
  • If you are from an external organisation and are supporting a client that needs access to the clothes bank, please contact us on 0121 708 1398 or clothesbank@narthex.org.uk

Once a referral has been received, we will put together a selection of clothes for you based on the information we receive. As we are donation based, we cannot guarantee providing every item that you have requested. We will contact you directly to arrange collection, please ensure that have you provided up to date contact information on the referral form.

Donations

We are currently not taking new clothing or bedding donations as we are restructuring the spaces in which they are stored. We are accepting crockery donations as these are always in short supply. We will update this when we are able to accept all new donations, at which point please contact us in advance to discuss items that we are most in need of.
